Today, my daughters, our son-in-law, Laura and I will hold hands and give thanks to our Lord and Savior for our lives filled with a cornucopia of blessings. A cornucopia in its classical Latin definition is a goat’s horn overflowing with flowers, fruit and corn. The beauty of life and the sustenance to enjoy it as I see it. In both regards we have been richly blessed beyond words.
In his letter to the Galatians, Paul reminds us to “always give thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.”
My dear friends, I will do that today by thanking God for granting me so many wonderful friends that fill my life to overflowing. May you enjoy your day with family and friends. God bless each of you. Thank you for blessing my life and the lives of my loved ones.
Happy Holidays Jeff!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you. I am always amazed at the massive volume of your many activities.
